Gates & Gate Automation
Gates & Gate Automation
We design and install complete gate systems — the gate, the operator, the access control, and the safety devices — for homes, businesses, and institutions across Alachua County. Since 1983.

Style, Security, Peace of Mind — a gate is where all three meet: the style of the entrance, the security of a controlled opening, and the peace of mind of one company accountable for the gate, the operator, and the safety devices together.

Local Gate Automation Expertise
Complete gate systems, installed by an experienced local team.
We plan and install the gate, operator, access controls, and required safety devices as one coordinated system. Our team helps match the equipment to the gate, site conditions, and intended use.
Gate types and materials
Swing, slide, and cantilever gates, in ornamental aluminum, ornamental steel, chain link, wood, or vinyl.

Automation
Swing operators and slide operators, sized to the gate and application. Power options are matched to the site and gate.

Access control
Keypads, card and fob readers, telephone entry, and remote transmitters.

Safety
Gate automation is regulated equipment, not just hardware. Every automated gate we install includes the safety devices required to run it safely — photo eyes that stop the gate when something is in its path, safety edges that reverse the gate on contact, and safety loops that hold the gate open while a vehicle sits in the opening. UL 325 is the governing safety standard for automated gate operators, and it's the reason professional installation matters: an improperly installed automated gate is a genuine hazard, not just an inconvenience.
Applications
Residential driveways, commercial sites and parking, gated communities and HOAs, institutional and campus properties, and industrial perimeter access.
What we install and service
We install complete systems and service the systems we install. That means one company is accountable for the gate, the operator, and the safety devices working together — the same reason we don't install fence material a customer supplies. We don't service or repair gate operators or access control equipment installed by others.
If you have an aging or failed system someone else installed, we can quote replacing it with a system we install, warranty, and service.
Getting started is straightforward.
Tell us about the project
Call or send the project type, location, and approximate size — we'll follow up on any photos or plans.
Meet and review the site
An estimator reviews the project conditions, materials, access, layout, and options needed for an accurate proposal.
Approve the proposal and schedule the work
Once the scope is approved, the team confirms materials and schedules installation around the project's requirements.
Frequently asked questions
Do you repair my existing gate operator?
No. We install complete systems and service only what we install, so we don't repair or service gate operators or access control equipment installed by someone else. If your existing system is aging or has failed, we can quote replacing it with a system we install, warranty, and service.
Do you install access control for gated communities and HOAs?
Yes. Gated communities and HOAs are similar in scope to the institutional and campus access-control work we do for government and institutional clients — call to discuss your community's access points and gate count.
